I am an average-sized 21 year-old female who, like everyone else my age, would like to look just a little bit smaller. I’ve tried all of the diets, I exercise constantly, and I eat pretty well compared to my friends. Still, though, I’m unhappy with my body and I want to be able to wear tight clothes without thinking about it.
Recently, I went to a nutritionist who told me that I have a mesomorph body. This means that I’m not naturally skinny or fat, but I have an athletic build. She explained that I lose weight as easily as I gain it, and I also have a natural tendency to be muscular. She then told me how to lose weight, and catered my plan to my body. My journey and my tips are what I would like to share with you.

Hey!OMG I have this same bodytype!Being so hard to lean out,esp thighs abd butt!Goodness,seems like whenever I add cardio I bulk and gain inches,unless I just do restrictive dieting and just eat fruit and veggies and protein and do resistance training..I lean out a few lbs..but muscles just shrink,still cannot loose the fat!whats your regimen!have you found the secret yet to this body type!?lmk :)
ReplyDeleteOMG, I really wish you would update more! I am a mesomorph too and I hate it because I'm dying to be an ectomorph. I was having huge doubt that I can't be skinny as a mesomorph, but after seeing your picture, apart of that doubt went away, because you're a pretty skinny ectomorph! I hope you update!

ReplyDeleteI am mesomorph as well! I wish I were ecto, I feel like my "fat" "curves" "muscle" whatever you call it, sit awkwardly on my body.
ReplyDeleteheyy...glad to find tht i am not the only one struggling.I have been trying to lose weight for sooo long without any luck.Recently found that i am a mesomorph and research abt this body type led me here.No matter how much i exercise..however hard..no results are visible.Even going on a diet doesnt help.I had thrown in the towel..till i found my body type.I guess further research might help me.Feeling Lucky..!!
ReplyDeleteAs a mesomorph I find it really easy to lose weight and put on weight , a little too easy , I also build muscle fast. I was just wondering though why it is I can't maintain my weight. I have tried but find it very difficult. When I eat healthily I lose weight if I eat a little bit of the wrong stuff I put on weight (rapidly) and if I eat more of the right stuff I find myself still losing weight? Any suggestions on how I could maintain?
